If we can help, we will, but it’s important you let us know of any mistakes that you’ve made with your order ASAP. All our products are made to order so if production has already begun, we may not be able to amend the order to accommodate any changes.

Your order should be with you within 7 business days but may take longer at busy times. This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. At the moment, we offer shipping to the UK only.

Items are designed with love and then made to order so yours is unique to you! As a result, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or there’s a printing error. If you do experience an issue like this with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we’ll sort it.

To serve the UK market efficiently, most of our items are made and distributed from Wolverhampton near Birmingham, supported by a robust distribution network. Some of our colour options may be sourced from locations close to the Birmingham distribution centre, and we work with our suppliers to minimise carbon footprint. Our clothing is sourced in bulk globally to ensure efficiencies and that we are able to offer you quality products at great prices.
